Privacy notice

Last updated October 15, 2026

This notice covers the quote request form on this website. It explains what you send us, where it is kept, and how to have it removed.

What the form collects

• Your project location: city, state, and ZIP code.
• Project details you choose, such as surfaces, rooms, size, condition, timing, and any notes.
• Your name, email address or phone number, and how to reach you.
• Up to six photos, only if you add them.

Your browser resizes photos and removes their location and camera data before they are sent.

How it is used

Colin Chaudoin uses your request to check whether your location is in our service area, contact you about the work, and prepare your quote. The request and any photos are emailed to Southernbrushcolin@gmail.com.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Photos are stored privately and are not available at any public web address. Cloudflare also sends the email notification to Colin.

To limit spam, the form saves a coded value made from your internet address, not the address itself. It is used for 15 minutes and cleared as later requests come in. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps short-term technical logs of visits.

How long it is kept

We keep requests and photos for no longer than 12 months. To have yours deleted sooner, email Southernbrushcolin@gmail.com. Emails already delivered to Colin stay in his inbox until he deletes them.
