I’m Colin Chaudoin.
I’ve spent 10 years in construction, half in the field and half in management. I’ve been involved in everything from small residential remodels to multi-million-dollar commercial renovations.
A few years ago, I decided to focus on painting. It’s the work I enjoy most. That construction background still shapes how I work: knowing what a surface needs, protecting the work around it, and keeping the job on schedule.
Whether it’s one room or a larger renovation, I bring the same care and accountability. I’m proud of the work I do and the relationships I build with clients.

Good paint won’t make up for poor preparation. Here’s what I pay attention to before and during the work.

- I check the condition of the walls, trim, or other surfaces and work out what needs attention before paint goes on.
- Paint and materials
- The right product depends on what we’re painting, how you use the room, and what the finish needs to stand up to.
- Protection and cleanup
- Your property needs to be looked after while the work is happening, not just cleaned up at the end.
- Scheduling and communication
- We’ll agree on the work and schedule before starting. I’ll keep you informed as the job moves along.
